Documentation center
«Rich and full resources for your research.»
The documentation centre is available to museum visitors who wish to continue their journey and understanding of the Great War. It’s also for museum staff and teachers, providing an indispensable source for workshop preparation or educational projects.

Service users
The documentation centre is open to the public: private individuals, teachers, researchers, students, education professionals, anyone interested in the First World War.
An archivist is available to help you with your research.
The reading room has 4 seats.
Access conditions
Access to the documentation centre is free upon meeting with the archivist.
This meeting will better prepare you for your visit according to your research.
You’ll be asked to produce a form of identity in order to consult precious works.
Access to documents from the collections (archives, correspondents, etc.) should be justified by a research project and remain at the Preservation service’s discretion.
